Return & exchange policy
How returns work for products purchased from F&HF Construction Inc.

Return window
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, clean, and resalable
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Non-returnable items
- Opened personal protective equipment that contacts skin (e.g., used respirators, ear plugs, gloves) for hygiene reasons
- Custom-cut or special-order materials
- Clearance items marked final sale
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide an RMA number and return address. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or product, note the desired SKU in your RMA request. Exchanges depend on availability.
Defective items
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost.
