Shipping policy

Coverage

We ship product orders within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may require a custom quote — contact us before ordering.

Processing time

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships (on a live storefront).

Rates

• Standard shipping: flat estimate shown at cart/checkout
• Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more (before tax)
• Oversized items (ladders, large tools) may incur additional freight — we will notify you if applicable

Delivery estimates

Most in-stock items arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment via major U.S. carriers. Delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] or 512-785-7091 with photos so we can open a carrier claim.

Construction services

On-site renovation services are scheduled separately and are not subject to this product shipping policy.
